Hi, I’m Jo. I teach Yoga Practices based in Movement (Asana), Breath (Pranayama) and Mindfulness (Dhyana). The practices are designed to help you feel steady —without the hype, pressure, or performance. You don’t need to be flexible, fit, or experienced. You just need to be willing.

I’ve tried Yoga classes before and never stuck with them. How is this different?
The content can be accessed at any time that works in your schedule. Each day gives you one simple movement/breath/mindfulness practice that you can do in under 15 minutes — no guilt, no pressure. It’s designed for everyday people like you and me.
Do I need experience with Yoga or Meditation to join?
Not at all. Whether you’re brand new to Yogic Practices or have done hundreds of Yoga classes, you’ll be guided through accessible practices that meet you where you are. This is about coming home to you — not performing. Over the next 14 days, I'll be personally guiding you through a specific set of steps to help you.
It's free, but one thing I do need is for you to show up.
I need you to commit to following the process each day, otherwise I can't help you!
I operate a give-first business model: I honestly want to help you find some basic tools through yogic practices that will reduce your stress over the next 14 days. You choose to work with me afterwards if you want. It is your choice.
What if I don’t have much time?
Then you are in the right place. This short course is built for busy people who keep putting themselves last. You’ll get a practical reset in less time than it takes to scroll Instagram for a solution.
Yoga at its roots is about steadiness so you will feel more grounded, clear, and connected to yourself again. Most people say they sleep better, breathe deeper, move easier — and stop feeling like they're constantly under pressure and behind.
What happens after the 14 days?
You’ll be invited into RESET — a deeper, tailored 10-week Yogic experience for ongoing support. It’s where we work together to rebuild steadiness, strength, and self-trust from the inside out using movement. breathing techniques and mindfulness practices. No more going it alone.
